RETURN POLICY
All sales are considered final. If you would like to address a concern with an order you have received, please contact harpyvintage@gmail.com or reach out to us via contact form.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. A return or exchange may only be accepted if an item arrives not as described, and/or different from the listed photos, or if approved case by case by the seller. If such a circumstance arises, we ask that customers contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item, otherwise we cannot accept the return/exchange. In the event of a return, we are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Please insure and get tracking and delivery confirmation for all returns. Buyer is also responsible for any other additional fees that may incur outside of Harpy Vintage (ie Paypal/credit card fees).
shipping policy
Shipping is free for all domestic orders. Costs are included in the price of the item and vary from $4-$15. All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted.
U.S. shipping only—we do not ship internationally at this time, but we're working on it!
Items will ship via USPS first class mail, priority mail, parcel select, ground or UPS ground. This will be determined based on the most economical and speedy option. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the shipping label is created.
We are happy to arrange local pickup on Whidbey Island, WA. If that is preferable to you, please leave a note in your order and we will contact you to arrange.
Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being lost or returned to Harpy. We cannot offer refunds on lost packages and will have to charge additional shipping fees on any returned packages. Harpy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact USPS directly.
PACKAGING & SUSTAINABILITY
Harpy uses recycled, recyclable, compostable and second use shipping materials to keep our footprint as small as possible. Harpy stickers used are 100% recyclable and compostable.
buying vintage & secondhand
a note on pre-loved items
All items are preloved or vintage and therefore may show signs of minor wear from their previous lives. When buying vintage you are often purchasing an item that is twenty years or older and has been previously worn and loved. For this reason, please read item descriptions and review our item photographs carefully before purchasing. Anything significant will be noted in the listing & photographed.
